The United Way Estevan Community Impact Fund is designed to support major projects for community initiatives.
Through this program United Way is able to provide funding for organizations in our community that may not meet the requirements of Member Agency, but do make a lasting and positive impact on our community in one of our three Focus Areas:
If you are part of a community organization that is making an impact in our community and would like to apply for funding through the Community Impact Fund, contact admin@unitedwayestevan.com for an application.
Day of Caring is an annual event that brings the best out in our community. United Way Estevan Day of Caring is a full day of people helping people, giving back to our community, family and friends. Each year United Way assigns local volunteers to local projects to make a difference in our home town. The event is typically held in the spring and is a great way to get out and enjoy the warmer weather. A charity BBQ lunch is held for all volunteers and community members who participate in the event.

Hillcrest Breakfast Club offers students a nutritious breakfast each school day throughout the year. Students from all grades start their day with a variety of healthy food choices and positive social interaction in their classroom. Breakfast is free of charge and is designed to give the children energy they need to stay focused on learning, grow their life skills, and increase their capacity for success. This community impact project is supported by volunteers from United Way Estevan, city businesses, community volunteers and Hillcrest staff and families.
