The Estevan United Way Telethon is one of our community’s most treasured traditions, bringing Estevan and the surrounding area together each October for 33 hours of fundraising, entertainment and community spirit.

In 2026, the Telethon will celebrate an incredible milestone: its 50th anniversary. For five decades, this event has showcased the generosity, compassion and dedication that make our community so special, while raising vital funds for United Way Estevan’s member agencies and the programs and services they provide.

This year’s Telethon will be a celebration of both the future and the remarkable history behind the event. Throughout the 33 hours, we will recognize past board members, staff, volunteers and entertainers who have helped shape the Telethon over the years, while sharing memories, stories and special moments from its five-decade history.

As always, viewers can look forward to live entertainment, community appearances, special presentations and plenty of opportunities to get involved. Donations can be made online, by e-transfer or by calling in during the Telethon.

The 49th Annual Telethon raised an outstanding $415,149, once again demonstrating what can happen when our community comes together for a common purpose.

As we celebrate 50 years, we look forward to honouring everyone who has been part of this incredible journey while continuing the tradition of neighbours helping neighbours. The Estevan United Way Telethon is more than a fundraiser. It is a celebration of community, generosity and the lasting impact we can create together.
